West Carroll rolls past South Beloit 46-13

West Carroll defeated South Beloit 46-13 on Friday, Aug. 21, at Mount Carroll. The Thunder opened the season at 1-0 while the Sobos fell to 0-1. West Carroll's offense posted 46 points while holding the visitors to 13, improving its points-for total to 46 and points-against to 13 after one game. Both programs entered the contest after 7-2 seasons last year. West Carroll travels to Ashton-Franklin Center next week, and South Beloit hosts LaMoille on Aug. 28.
