Hiawatha rolls past River Ridge 64-16
Hiawatha defeated River Ridge 64-16 on Friday, Aug. 28 at Kirkland in Hiawatha. The Hawks posted their second straight win, improving to 2-0 overall and holding the top spot in the North East conference. Their offense has tallied 118 points in two games, averaging 59.0 points per contest, while the Wildcats fell to 0-2 and remain sixth in the North West. Hiawatha travels to Alden-Hebron next week, and River Ridge hosts Polo on Sep. 4.
