The win puts St. Anne at 1-0 on the season with a fresh one-game winning streak, while the Raiders fall to 0-1. St. Anne's defense kept a clean sheet as the team recorded 32 points for and none against in its season opener, improving on last year's 7-1 record. Ashton-Franklin Center opened with a loss after a 2-6 campaign last season. The Cardinals travel to Galva next week, and the Raiders host West Carroll on Aug. 28.
